Imagination Library of Waco To Host Volunteer Interest Meeting

Imagination Library of Waco will host a Volunteer Interest meeting for those who would like to help promote the cause of literacy and early childhood education in our community. The organization has a need for people who would like to contribute in a variety of ways. There are meaningful opportunities to participate in community events, to enroll children into the program, to assist in social media outreach and to help with fundraising efforts.

At the Volunteer Interest meeting, board members will share a brief overview of Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library, what our local affiliate has accomplished to date, plans for 2022 & beyond and the ways in which volunteers can help.

The meeting will take place on Wednesday, February 2 at 7:00pm at 605 Austin Avenue (Startup Waco). Those unable to join in-person can email ImaginationLibraryWaco [@] gmail.com for a link to join the meeting virtually.
